Presentation: Fetch, Stay, Connect: A Career of Building Alumni Bonds
Gretchen Morgan has spent much of her professional life serving the LSU School of Veterinary Medicine community in a wide variety of roles. Beginning in the early 1980s as a necropsy technician and later returning as an equine nurse, she eventually transitioned into alumni relations and development, where she has worked for more than two decades. Today, as Senior Director of Alumni Relations and Communications, she helps keep alumni, students, and the school connected through events, communications, and engagement initiatives.
Now approaching retirement, Gretchen will reflect on the changes she’s seen in alumni engagement throughout her career. She will share lessons learned, memorable stories, and practical insights on sustaining lifelong relationships within veterinary medicine.
